| Shipping Policy |
- Siena Fence Co, Inc. currently ships within the continental United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All APO or FPO orders must be called in or e-mailed prior to finalization of the order in order for us to provide you with a correct shipping quote.
- Shipping charges are generally determined by the weight of your order and by the destination of the shipment.
- Unless otherwise noted, shipping and handling will be added to the cost of the order.
- If the shipping cost is included in the price of the product, it will be clearly indicated.
- Siena Fence Co, Inc. will try to obtain the best deals possible with our freight carriers.

| Order Delivery |
- Generally, your entire order is delivered at one time. In situations where the manufacturer's scheduling delays part of your order, you may request that items be shipped in different stages. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply

| Delivery Times |
- Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to receive orders. Because Siena Fence Co,
Inc. may have materials shipped directly from manufacturers, some time
is involved in processing your order.
- Most orders are delivered within 2 weeks (up to 3 weeks for mail orders). More than 25% of our materials are ready to ship within days of placing your order. Please check the order form for shipping charges and availability. If your order cannot be shipped within a 30 day period, you will be notified of the expected ship date.
- If several types of products are ordered at the same time, they may come from different places around the country and may arrive on different dates.
- We reserve the right to charge a fee for any shipment that is refused.
- Siena Fence Co, Inc. does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
- All shipments are subject to the manufacturer's stock availability.

| Backordered Products |
- Some of our merchandise is shipped directly from our manufacturers. If your order is a back-ordered item, we will do our best to notify you of the back-order status.

| Truck Freight Deliveries |
Most of the larger items we sell must be delivered by truck. Unfortunately, truck drivers are required only to deliver to your curbside, and are not required to assist the customer once the merchandise has delivered. PLEASE HAVE ASSISTANCE READY IF YOU HAVE ORDERED A TRUCK-SHIPPED PRODUCT. It is your responsibility to inspect the cartons, all bundles, and pallets for any visible damage, and note the damage if any, on your carrier's bill. This is extremely important! Note on the bill any discrepancy, even a small dent, or scratch in the packaging. Do not be intimidated by the truck driver's presence - Please inspect thoroughly. We pay a premium for residential deliveries to ensure you have the time needed for off loading and inspecting your materials. Any container damage must be noted on the freight bill to exclude you from YOUR PORTION OF THE FREIGHT CLAIM LIABILITY. |
| Receiving Procedures |
- It is advisable to check with the freight company that has your shipment
to confirm the delivery.
- If you call while the material is in transit to your local distribution
point, it may be possible to arrange for a scheduled delivery date.
- Plan on having assistance to receive the material, drivers of the freight trucks are not required to assist.
- Once again it is your responsibility to inspect the cartons, and all bundles for any visible damage, and note the damage if any, on your carrier's bill. Note on the bill any discrepancy, even a small dent, or scratch in the packaging.
